James is a Consultant in our Family Department.  He is a solicitor with extensive experience in all areas of family law including divorce and financial remedy and children following the breakdown of a relationship.  Whilst amicable settlements are the preferred resolution to any dispute, James will represent his client in Court if necessary to obtain pragmatic solutions.  He will continue to offer constructive advice and tailor his approach to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

James can also advise on pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, non-molestation orders, occupation orders and protection from harassment. He also has experience in TLATA cases, often involving the unmarried couple.
